Milwaukee Address Tiles & Brackets

These Clay Factor Ceramics house tiles are identical to the historic Milwaukee House Number Address Tiles as well as Portland Asbury House Number Address Tiles (Yes -- two cities, identical house tiles!)

Before 1930, Milwaukee's house numbering and street naming systems were chaotic and inconsistent. At the urging of the Post Office and others, a universal numbering and naming system was implemented and is still in place today. After great deliberation to select the right tile, city workers installed more than 550,000 tiles on every building in the city - including City Hall. Clay Factor is proud to carry on the production right here in Portland, Oregon.

• Each bracket comes with two screws for installation.
• Tiles can be purchased with bracket or individually.
• Select "X tiles + Bracket" option to purchase assembled with brackets, or "Tile - X" to purchase individual tile only.
